Pork Tenderloin

I've been having quite the time talking John into coming up with some pork tenderloin recipes for the site. He says "it's a woman's cut" or it's just tooo dang expensive. He would rather use the boneless pork loin as a substitute. I like filet mignon and this is the filet mignon of pork. I've managed to find some suitable recipes and I'll just keep pressing him to come up with a very special dish for me.
