Creamy Baked Pork Tenderloin

Yields: 4 servings Cook Time: 45 minutes

4 3oz pork tenderloins
½ cup onion, chopped
¼ cup butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ cup of milk
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper

Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a skillet melt the butter sauté the onions until transparent. Then rub the pork tenderloin with garlic salt and pepper. Then cook the pork in the butter and onions, about 5 mins each side. Then put the pork in a non-greased baking pan. Mix the cream of chicken with the milk and add garlic salt and pepper. Then pour the cream of chicken over the pork tenderloin. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until pork is cooked all the way through.

*Serve with a light salad and mashed potatoes.
