Bear Meat Stroganoff

Yields: about 6 servings Time: 45 minutes

1 lb. bear meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup milk
1 brown gravy packet
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons tabasco sauce
2 cups of sour cream
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 package of egg noodles (or noodles of your choice)

Instructions: First boil strain the noodles. Then in a large skillet brown the bear meat. Then add the brown gravy packet to the meat and cook till it’s all cooked together. Then sauté the onion and add to the bear meat. Then add the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Once all mixed together, add the Worcestershire, tabasco and salt and pepper. Once all mixed together, mix the noodles and the sauce together. Right before serving add the sour cream.
